STEP 1: Each entry field is labeled. Enter your information accurately and select "Submit".Your e-mail address is mandatory, and your registration will not be validated if your e-mail address cannot be confirmed. STEP 2: After submitting this form, a Welcome Letter will be sent to the e-mail address. Check your e-mail. It contains your User ID, Password and an assigned Confirmation Code. Click on the link in your Welcome Letter. Enter your User ID, Password and Confirmation Code and submit it. Provided you entered the information correctly, your registration will be confirmed immediately. If you DID NOT receive a Welcome Letter from us, go to our FAQ page for more instructions.
