If for some reason you need to make significant changes to your Non-Sealed Bid Forward Auction, and it already has started, you may close it before the posted end time if it DOES NOT have any bids on it.
WARNING
If your Non-Sealed Bid Forward Auction has started and also has at least one bid on it, you may still close the Non Sealed Bid Forward Auction early but if the highest bidder is over the Requester's Reserve Price, they will be notified by e-mail from the system that they are the winning bidder.
