Whenever you see a subtitle that appears to be a link with an line under it, click on it. You will see a PopUp tutorial that will provide details and give examples of the kind of information that is needed to setup and/or bid on RFPs or Auctions.
Each PopUp window much be closed before you select another one or you may have trouble see the information. If you ever click on what you think is a PopUp tutorial and nothing happens, check down on your Task Bar at the bottom of your screen for an open window. Click on it to see you PopUp tutorial.
