Private boat owners may setup Forward Auctions to solicit the highest
bid for their boat
from any bidders. The private boat owners must post their methods of payment
and payment terms in their auction description. This format uses the
standard upward bid auction format where the highest bid is always visible
on the bid page as well as any Reserve Bid Price.
