If you DO NOT have a method to generate digital photographs on your computer, we highly suggest that you use a third party processing service such as Kodak, Kinko's, Office Depot, Office Max, Eckerds and other film processors that offer digital photos on CD-ROM. After you receive your CD-ROM from your film processor, simply follow the instructions below:

Insert your CD-ROM into your computer
Setup a special folder on your computer to store your photos
Copy all you photos to that special folder
Use a Paint Program to resize your photos. The perfect size for the large photos are 575 x 431 pixels. If your photos are larger, use a Paint Program to resize them to 580 x 431 maintaining proportionate aspect ratio. Do not worry about making thumbnail photos. Our system handles that automatically for you.
If you are a Boatyard or Shipyard and want to add photos to your profile, go to our General Services, enter your UserID and Password and select, "Update Your Account Profile", go to the photo upload area and browse to your photo address.
If you want to add photos to your RFP or Forward Auction, go to your Requesters page, enter your UserID and Password and select Edit RFP or Forward Auction.

We do offer Printed Photo Scanning Service for $2.00 per photo. If you need your 35MM printed photos inserted into your RFP or Forward Auction, please make sure we have your credit card information on file. If we don't go to your General Services page and update your registration Profile with your credit card information. After we have your credit card information, please send your 35MM printed photos our address below.

If your photos are to be added to an RFP, make sure each photo is identified with the item # and photo 1,2,3 or 4 so we know where to insert them in your RFP. If it is a forward auction, no identification is necessary. We will scan your printed photos and enter them in your auctions per your instructions. You will not receive your photos back. We will charge your Credit Card $2.00 for each photo we do. Please send them at least 1 week before your RFP or Auction starting date to:
